Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management tool, which will give you full authority over your mailboxes and email campaigns. With this easy-to-work-with interface, you can set up a brand new email box in an instant and administer its settings with ease. Furthermore, you can forward mail messages from one mailbox to another, set up email filters, set up auto-response messages and guard your e-mail boxes against spam e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your mailbox accounts against junk messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesirable e-mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific email mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtering your incoming e-mail messages on the basis of specific criteria set by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can quickly create a mail filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and define the filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming e-mails from one electronic mail account to another, or even to a number of other email boxes. Just choose the e-mailbox you wish to forward mail messages from, then choose the destination email mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily configure the email client of your preference to access your e-mailbox accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you wish to set up on your computer or cell phone and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new mail account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple mailbox accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to easily set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to read and our system will do everything else. And if you wish to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
